Welcome to the Program Leadership & Improvement Discussion List, a service of the National Institute for Literacy, in partnership with the Center for Literacy Studies. This list is moderated by Peggy McGuire.

The purpose of this list is to provide an on-going professional development forum for adult education leaders to discuss issues related to program improvement. The list will help foster and support innovative leadership in adult education by creating a forum for leaders participants to discuss issues related to continuous program improvement.
