Abstract: This guide offers activities, guidelines and resources for those interested in using inquiry groups and research methods in their program improvement efforts. The process is organized into four sections: Coming Up With A Research Question, Collecting Research Data, Analyzing Research Data, and Making Our Research Knowledge Public, and provides basic materials needed to implement practitioner research into staff development programs.
