Time just flies when you're havin' fun! We have several providers in Pennsylvania programs who have had basic training in EFF. Now, we are hoping that they are, in fact, putting the basic principles to work in their programs. I'm not directly involved in this process, but I'm curious about 2 things. 1. What types of support appear to be most useful to teachers who are learning how to incorporate EFF into their practice? 2. What has been the impact of teachers using EFF on the program administrators? Has use of EFF changed the organizational culture or structure of the program? ****************** Barbara Van Horn NIFL-WORKPLACE List Co-Moderator Assistant Director Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy College of Education The Pennsylvania State University 102 Rackley Building University Park, PA 16802-3202 Phone: 814-863-3777 Fax: 814-863-6108 E-mail: BLV1@PSU.EDU When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane and going the wrong way.
