In light of hearing this familiar comment again, I'd like to pose a question, What is the difference between a learner centered program and a learner generated or customer driven one? How do they look the same? Differently? Are the same objectives then goal sought? Desired? Achieved? Is a zebra really just a striped horse? Or not.
