How do you organize and layout your written plans? Or...if you had to take a leave of absence for a month or so, what would you prepare for a substitute teacher (who was new to EFF) to keep things going? I've also received a request from a practitioner looking for books, articles, and web sites (other than at: http:www.nifl.gov/lincs/collections/eff/eff.html) that have been helpful in creating a good solid EFF ESOL curriculum. Please include how these resources have helped you implement the EFF Content Standards and Framework. Thanks, Ronna Ronna Spacone NIFL-4EFF List Facilitator rgspacone@aol.com
