Dear Sondra,
Hi -- My name is Brenda Langdon and I am Director of the Vermont Family
Literacy Project, a statewide initiative that just commenced operations.
As one of our preliminary tasks, we will be developing program quality
indicators with technical guidance from RMC Research in Portsmouth, NH.
I would assume that the performance criteria related to the EFF
standards would be relevant and applicable in some instances. If you
have a more detailed document explaining your process and approach, I
would be very interested in reading it. Thanks in advance for any
assistance and advice you can offer us. Brenda Langdon
