Last year sometime there was a bit of discussion about the role of
volunteers in programs.  I was wondering if any program that are using
volunteers (either in the classroom and/or one-to-one) could comment.  I
am also looking for information about certification for literacy
practitioners, both paid and unpaid (= volunteer!)
