What are your goals for using the EFF Framework this year? How will you
implement EFF in your classrooms and programs? What strategies do you expect
to use? I'm also interested in the evolving role of EFF in programs, so if
you've been using the EFF Framework, how has your past experience informed
your planning for this year's activities? And based on your previous
experience, what's changed in your approach to teaching and learning? What
will you be doing with EFF this year that's new and different?

My main goal is to have a better/stronger grasp of the Framework, and in
particular the content standards. I'm participating in the on-line book
discussion group for that reason. I'd like to take a close look at them, to
see how they fit in with my classroom instruction (including identifying
goals, assessing progress, and constructing lessons/activities). I'm
curious to see how it re-frames my approach. Notice that by the way I'm
saying this, I'm assuming it will, but I'm not really sure. Right now I'm
focused on the classroom level, not the program level.
Another goal is to become more articulate when talking about adult ed stuff
with managers in the work world, because I think the framework may provide a
more meaningful way to talk about adult ed, needs, outcomes, etc. in
workplace programs.
