We are very interested in connecting our work to EFF practice and would welcome EFF practitioners who want to try out our curriculum. Lessons delivered to your door in exchange for your feedback. The lessons are designed for pre-GED students who can add, subtract, and multiply whole numbers, and know some basic division facts. Two-day training sessions are planned for August or September 2001 for the Fall cohort of field testers. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO TEACHERS WHO CURRENTLY BELONG TO OR WOULD FORM A PEER GROUP OF MATH TEACHERS ALSO INTERESTED IN THEIR STATE, COUNTY, OR PROGRAM. Interested? Contact Martha Merson at martha_merson@terc.edu or 617-547-0430.
