Hi Ronna,

1. I like the following things about the list:
- The honesty that has recently started on this list about approaches,
difficulties, and adjustments people are making to use EFF in thier
practices.
- At the end of a thread, the leaders should come on line and have a clear
statement that responds to the discussion. This way there would be a
clear statement from the guiding leaders as to the direction of EFF as
well as a training opportunity, e.g., current disccussion on facilitation
of training. At some appropriate point someone needs to pull all of the
threads together into a coherent approach so we (practioners) have a clear
focus and direction. If the buffet approach is what is wanted that is
fine, but later when a unified approach is wanted (if that is the
vision)then it might be difficult to pull together all of the different
variations

3. I think this year's list has been an improvement.
- It would seem that there has been more message traffic from a lot of
lurkers (me included). A graph to show this trend would be good for the
list to see
- You are doing a great job through the moderation of the list. I think
it was a smooth transition, which stimulated more discussion. Great Work!
