I went back into my files - my SIS 3.0 and NAV 7.0 recognized and refused them so my PC wasn't affected. Thank God for Symantec! I would suggest that all who use email or are on ANY listserve or who frequent websites to upload data or .jpgs, buy SIS 3.0 and NAV 7.0. The two together are realtively cheap (under $115) and considering the time and frustration involved in trying to scrub a hard drive and then restore whatever uninfected files were last backed up.... C ;-] ps A word to the wise, for those considering alternative firewalls and virus detection: McAfee alone won't do it; ZoneLabs isn't as secure as Symantec. 'Pirating' programs off some website is not only unethical, but those, doing such, won't have the peace of knowing they have as secure an environment as could be had by spending $115 - because most of those websites from which 'copies' can be uploaded, cannot caputre the full actual programming code for security, which leaves holes in the protection of the pirateer's PC. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ronna G.
