We are just beginning to use EFF to generate a "Transitioning Prisoner Role Map" at the local state facility. There is no transition programming for prisoners at any level so our idea is to have a study group look at the role maps and begin the discussion about what they will need to know and be able to do in order to transition successfully back into the community. If we have any success (and if the lack of success is instructive) we will keep interested parties posted.
