Just wanted to weigh in on prisoners and EFF issue. We are just beginning
to use EFF to generate a "Transitioning Prisoner Role Map" at the local
state facility. There is no transition programming for prisoners at any
level so our idea is to have a study group look at the role maps and begin
the discussion about what they will need to know and be able to do in
order to transition successfully back into the community. If we have any
success (and if the lack of success is instructive) we will keep
interested parties posted.
