Hello,
This is my first posting to this listserve. I am Gina
Lobaccaro, and I am a Media & Technology Specialist
for the Delaware Department of Education Prison
Education Program. I actually do my work at Sussex
Correctional Institution, one of the four major
prisons in Delaware.

I am also currently in the early part of the
coursework in an EdD program in Educational Technology
offered at the University of Delaware.

I have had two training sessions in EFF and I am very
interesting in gathering and sharing (for evaluation
and lesson study)good lesson plans that utilize web
resources for quality EFF instruction.

I would like to support and facilitate Delaware
educators as they begin to use EFF guidelines for
planning instruction. I hope to structure these plans
into topics/projects for my EdD classwork and perhaps
my Position Paper/Dissertation.

I would like to ask a few questions and gather some
initial information from the members of this group.

1. Can you recommend websites that can be used by
Literacy Level, ABE, GED, or high school level adult
learners to improve their competency as citizens,
family members, and workers?

2. Have you written EFF related lesson plans that
provide web-based resources for adult learners?

3. If you were going to evaluate quality EFF related
websites (for instruction, not research), what would
be your criteria?

4. Would you be interested in taking part in a
discussion/project designed to develop an online
database of web-based resources and lesson plans for
EFF instruction?

5. Can you recommend another professional that might
be willing to respond to these questions?

Thank you for your feedback.
