I work at a county facility-Hampshire CHOC, in Norhtampton, Mass.-as the Education Coordinator and I use some of my time as the education counselor. My part of the counseling will be to work with a reintegration manager to connect our men with education programs in the community. I am interested in the transitioning role map for prisoners. We are a medium security facility with a minimum security work release program. Would you be able to tell me where I could get a copy of the role maps you are talking about? Thank you for your time and attention.
