Ronna, et al:

The challenge of determing the meaning of the term "transparent" has been
invigorating. It has created curiosity and, to some extent, competition
among us, leading towards professional growth. It has motivated us to reach
deep into our experiences in order to come up with an understanding of the
term. I believe that this exercise as an excellent example for each of us.
It forced us to examine and practice a critical component of EFF...Context!
After struggling for the meaning of the word, we must remember that the
meaning is dependent upon the context. Its context, remember, that gives
meaning for learning; how does it fit within the framework of our lives and
our understanding?
