It has created curiosity and, to some extent, competition among us, leading towards professional growth. It has motivated us to reach deep into our experiences in order to come up with an understanding of the term. I believe that this exercise as an excellent example for each of us. It forced us to examine and practice a critical component of EFF...Context! After struggling for the meaning of the word, we must remember that the meaning is dependent upon the context.
