Words can be powerful!  I'm sorry if I created a negative context to my use 
of the word "competition".  It wasn't intended to convey that meaning.  
Perhaps I might have used another word.  What I really meant was that this 
experience it has inspired us to engage in a challenge towards, yes, Jolene,

professional cooperation.  I agree.  Sorry for the misunderstanding.
