I thought I'd share it. We are going to do an exercise in goal setting called New Year's Resolutions, EFF Style. A brief discussion about what a resolution is (and the cultural aspects if necessary) will be followed by having students "make" a resolution for each of their EFF roles. Follow that up with which skills are needed to fulfill each resolution, and we may end up with enough material for months of lessons!
