My name is Gina Lobaccaro, and I am an adult educator/correctional educator working as a
Media&Technology Specialist for the Delaware Dept. of Education Prison Education Program.  My students have access to computers but they do not have Internet Access. I also teach  a basic math class for Delaware's Diploma at a Distance Program.  I am also working on a PhD in Educational Technology at the University of Delaware.


I have very strong interests in EFF guided instruction, adults using the Internet and other technologies for involved learning activities, and in adult education professional development. 
Toward some of those interests, I have recently purchases a web domain.  Can someone advise me -- regarding to what extent I can refer to EFF on this site.  May I link to the various EFF sites?  I suspect I can not use any of the EFF symbols.  What are the limits to which I can refer to EFF on a private web site.
