Colleagues,

You may be wondering about the messages that some are getting, written in
German. It seems that the spammers are getting sophisticated and circumventing
the filters set up by the Institute in attempt to block spam (there are many
other spam messages that go to the list that we are able to catch).

Subscribers should delete these postings and do NOT click on the links.

All the Best,

Meta Potts, Moderator 4-EFF
Glen Allen, VA
