I have one more response to send out from Debby D'Amico that some of you may be interested in reading and discussing. Even though the time that the authors have committed to participate has past, I hope we continue to explore what significant role this topic plays in our practice. I'd also like to publicly invite each one of these authors to remain subscribed as members of our learning community. I realize some authors have questions remaining from Barb Garner, editor of Focus on Basics. I hope you will have an opportunity to address them, at your convenience. The discussions from this event will be compiled into pdf files and made available to everyone in short order. If you have additional print or web resources that you have found helpful in understanding isms, or tips for incorporating isms into professional development events or program design, please email them directly to me at <jataylor@utk.edu> so that I may include them with these files. We have many new threads of conversation to build on. Thanks, everyone, for making them so insightfully rich and thought provoking! This discussion list is becoming a valuable resource for us all.
