In terms of this listserve I was interested in the relationship between the office of ABE and PD. In Texas, the office of ABE used to provide program assitance, PD, technical assistance, etc etc. W/the budget cuts, that may be reduced or eliminated. In addition, the ABE office had people w/ expertise in the field. I was just curious to know if you all feel that these type of reorganizations may impact PD and the individual programs in some way or another. The other possibility could be that the quality of PD facilitated by the state was not too cool, so some may find it a blessing. Your opinions please. I am sure that in connecticut teachers know how to teach and how to cook a healthy meal. Andres -- go here: www.geocities.com/andresmuro/art.html
