A slightly different take with regard to facilitation
in PD with teachers:

I like a PD facilitator who considers the PD setting
as valuable time for co-creation by the participants,
and not solely as a means for dissemination of
information on "x" topic. When we have people
together, it is a shame to not let them talk to each
other and make something together.
