Good morning,

The final ERIC Digest published by the ERIC Clearinghouse on Adult, Career,
and Vocational Education is now ready for dissemination.

The Effectiveness of Short-Term Training fo Self Sufficiency (253) by Michael
E. Wonacott reviews the literature on the outcomes of short-term training
programs for welfare recipients and the services required to meet the
self-sufficiency needs of welfare recipients participating in short-term
training.

Please request copies from me (wagner.6@osu.edu) and indicate the format you
prefer--paper, e-mail message, or PDF. If you want paper, be sure to include
your mailing address. There is no charge for them

Copies may be requested until the end of the month, but we will have a
skeleton staff during the holidays so please order early to ensure that you
will receive them.

Judy
