In Massachusetts, the SABES system is interested in exploring what can
be done to promote diversity within staff at adult basic education
programs. Is anyone aware of any resources or publications or research
that identifies or discusses "promising practices" at the program level
in recruiting and retaining a diverse staff? Any information would be
appreciated.
