Andres, Jackie, and others,

One possibility is to have the discussion in an asynchronous virtual 
meeting space (such as communityzero,com (free for a month.) This would 
allow a threaded discussion, the opportunity for participants to upload 
files, and information about themselves if they want, and also to do 
scheduled live chats.

Just a thought.
