I have been thinking about the idea of a study circle on the NIFL-AALPD list. While I believe this is probably not the *first* time a study circle has been conducted via a listserv, this is the first time it may happen on NIFL-AALPD. In conversation with a colleague last night, she suggested that if/when we do online activities such as this one and others, that we use some kind of indicator in the subject line every time, to let subscribers know that the message is a part of the study circle activity. Further, any activity or online event for NIFL-AALPD in the future could also use an indicator in the subject line - something meaningful - so that subscribers can more easily sort their messages. Since we may be engaging in a few activities and events this spring, let’s brainstorm now what you would like the subject line indicator to be for this activity, if you are still interested in this reading. Any suggestions? Additionally, How might the process of this activity also be "professional development?" I see a connection there - does anyone else? ;) Have a good weekend, Jackie
