OOps!

By "of course" I meant that teacher education/development/advancement  can be found to work--as a broad category.  I didn't mean that everything that calls itself PD will be found to work. I am thinking of that teacher snoozing in the third row.... Can you think of one case where PD worked? Improved student performance? I can. So, it works.  We have to move on from there, having proved that the category exists.
