Hi Jackie,
It's not a request for information, just a comment on priorities. Should we 
be surprised when education leaders don't know or represent the needs of 
learners, teachers and programs, if experience with learners, teachers, and 
programs are not a part of their job qualifications, or at least not a part 
of what gets posted in recruiting?
