I'd like to share an idea with you; please let me know what you think. In the past, folks have mentioned the reason why they are subscribed to this list is to learn what others are doing in professional development. It might be interesting if we featured a state's PD model/system, or particular state initiatives on the NIFL-AALPD list (perhaps once a month or every other month) by inviting the PD folks from that state to share a bit about their system/work. Is this something that you would like to see/try on the list? Other discussion ideas? I'm always open for suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you, Jackie Taylor, List Facilitator, jataylor@utk.edu
