Thanks, Esther. I know of nothing offered in Texas in terms of online PD.  I do have a question that I'd like posted:
 
Is there any organization which supports collective bargaining for Adult Educators? 
 
If there is no advocacy organization in position, I am interested in pursuing organizing one.
 
We Texas teachers love what we do; however, we serve at the whim of the organization (state Educational Service Centers) and receive no service credits for teaching, even though many of us we are certified Texas teachers.
