The contact information provided at the bottom of the OVAE Thursday Notes says: "A Fact Sheet from the Division of Adult Education and Literacy Office of Vocational and Adult Education OVAE Homepage http://www.ed.gov/offices/OVAE/" My guess is that there will be further information readily available when there is a report. Since the report is co-sponsored by NIFL, we should all be in on the loop to know about it when it is ready. Anyone wanting to provide any guidance or feedback at this early stage or ask questions could contact OVAE through their Web page (see URL above).
