Eileen don't look to Florida. We are in a mess with our own obligatory FCAT
assessment. It has become a nightmare and teachers here are very very upset
as I am sure you have read in the newspapers. It would be interesting to
know if nationally, most states are required to implement a type of FCAT
procedure?

answer!) It sounds like you work here in Massachusetts, but I imagine that
we are not the only state struggling to teach for our students and test for
the NRS.
