Dear All

I am involved in an action research project which is exploring the
best way of "embedding basic skills" into the construction industry. I
am interested in any research/practice that you are aware of that
focuses on teaching basic skills within construciton courses or that
looks at ways of delivering basic skills onsite to construction
industry employees. The project is particularly interested in those
workers who are over 25 years old. Have any of worked with
construction industry employees or researched into this?

Thank you for your help.
