Make your way to the ALEwiki at: http://wiki.literacytent.org/index.php/Main_Page Click on: 3.7 Assessment Information and go inside Click on: Discussions and see the link to view the Performance Measures It's still missing its Summary which I will post soon - I'm still working on summarizing the discussion which is no small task! But the rest of the material is there for you: I put the questions on their own page so you could get a sense of what people talked about "at a glance". The discussion itself is only slightly edited (for superfluous info), and I put the posts in order of 'ask and respond' so you don't have to dig around. I did not include the posts entitled "Literacy needs" within the NAS Discussion section, although it's clear that the discussion stemmed from the other. I will fix up "Literacy needs" the same way that I put together the NAS Discussion for the wiki, for your availability. I wanted to keep the threads separate, even though they are related. So I am asking you all this: If you go to the Wiki and use the discussion in any way, PLEASE tell me about it. Or if you are using the discussion already in any way, can you please tell me about it. Questions or comments? I'd love to hear them! Thanks! marie marie cora Moderator, NIFL Assessment Discussion List, and Coordinator/Developer LINCS Assessment Special Collection at http://literacy.kent.edu/Midwest/assessment/ marie.cora@hotspurpartners.com
