Sorry to be so dense, but I have read this message four times, and I have 
no idea of the implications of the proposed amendment.  I would like to 
encourage support for Adult Ed., and I would hope that the future of Adult 
Ed. is not  totally bound-up in workplace education, but the messages 
provide not a clue.  Can someone clarify?  Thanks, Sue
