     Dear People,
     
     I am very interested in information about improving the literacy of 
     deaf immigrants who do not know English when they come to the US.  
     Specifically, I am interested in how they can learn enough to take 
     citizenship tests and to become ready for job training.  How does one 
     evaluate a deaf program in this regard?
