Kevin said he's tired of the theme of bilingual postings and that
it's time to move on to somehting interesting and important. The questions
of interesting is a very individual one. For example, I knew about using
video in adult ed over 10 years ago. I read the first few postings in this
round, has one questions answered and now....I just dump them. There are
other topics I'd rather spend time reading and, possibly, discussing. This
theme is one of the most fascinating and significant I've seen on this list.
We've moved beyond the mere issue of language and into areas of lingusitic
freedom and cultural sensitivitry as well as thought control. I hope we
talk about it for a long time! (But without personal assaults)
Kevin escribio que esta cansado del temas de mensajes bilingues and
que ya es hora de empezar otro tema mas interesante importante. Las
cuestiones de "interesante" son muy personales. Por ejemplo, yo resolvi el
tema de usar video con adultos hace mas de diez anos. Ahora, despues de
leer un par de mensajes, no leo mas. En cuanto veo ese titulo, lo tranlado
a la basura y ya esta. Prefiero leer sobre otras cosas. Con el tema de
mansajes multilingues, uno de los mas fascinantes e importantes que he visto
aqui, hemos entrado en campos de libertad linguistica y cultural ....y
control del pansamiento. Espero que intercambiemos sobre ese por mucho
tiempo (Pero sin recriminaciones personales)
