I have been asked to test potential new hires, as well as pre and post test based on workplace ESL training. Our student population is multi ethnic, with varying levels of formal education, and generally looking at jobs in the service industry, with some light manufacturing. I am currently using a combination of CASAS ESL locators, a writing sample and a short form of the BEST interview. I operate on a fee for service basis.
