Commendations to Ute Hall and Andy Nash for their eloquent points. Many of
these issues have been quite painful to consider and respond to and I have
been heartened by the responses of others in the field. Thanks to all of you
who have described the active cultural respect you create in classrooms and
programs. More power to you.
