I would like to suggest that when you send messages to a specific person that you do so privately so that the rest of us do not have so many email messages to read everyday. (CASAS, BEST Literacy, etc.?) I think this is a major issue the field needs to address. What is the measure of ESL progress? In which skills? How do you decide?
