There are not any web sites that I am familiar with, other than sites which
allow you to communicate with other learners, some of whom may be ESL
learners. perhaps you should consider promoting computer literacy through a
CAI software package (Invest, Rosetta Stone, etc.). There are a number of
Latin American web sites. Generally they are university connected or
tourism or business related. I don't know how much use you will receive
from low literacy L1 Spanish speakers, but others may find them intriguing.
