Hi. I am involved in doing fundraising for a small non profit ESL training
program in NYC. I have noticed here that most grantmakers or funders lump ESL
programs with literacy. I wonder if this is the same where NIFL members live?

I would be interested in hearing from others trying to get funding for ESL as
to how they have approached this issue.

I really enjoy this listserv and I'd like to wish all of you a very Happy New
Year.

Fondly,

Tommy McDonell
Executive Director of Learning English Adult Program, Inc. of NYC
