Each student is given a supply of candy and a paper or plastic cup. You demonstrate "in" "on" "behind" "besides" etc by placing the candy in the apporpriate place on or in the cup. The student copies the action. You can have a student give the commands and demonstrate with his or her candy and cup. It is a fun activity and my students like to eat their correct answers.
