Our ABE program is working with our local community college to decide when
ESL learners are ready to attend college.  The problem is that they are
mandated to use CELSA and we are mandated to use CASAS.  They've had a
difficult time finding Student Performance Levels so that we might
"translate" our information. 

Any help or suggestions are welcome.
