GOVERNMENT/CORPORATE TRAINING SUCCESS STORIES

-*- DynEd and its Italian training partner, SINNEA, win the third
consecutive INPS (Italian Social Security Ministry) tender to provide
English training to INPS employees throughout Italy -*-

DynEd International, Inc. and SINNEA have won a three-year contract
to train 2,000 Social Security employees of the INPS ministry, one of
Italy's largest government bodies. This is the third consecutive
tender that DynEd and SINNEA have won with this large customer.
The initial contract was awarded for training 350 students in 1999.
The second, awarded for the 2000 training year, is for 1,000 students.
This newly-awarded contract is due to run from 2001 through 2003 and
is valued at approximately 2 million dollars.
DynEd's powerful and comprehensive Business English Advantage Series
beat out 18 strong competitors and will be networked at 250 sites
throughout Italy. DynEd's Records Manager will be used to merge
student records into a single database in Rome and re-distributed to
teacher/trainers at 8 regional training centers.

DynEd answers your questions
----------------------------

Q: How do I know if my network is fast enough to run DynEd courseware
without using any CD-ROMs?

A: In general, if you have 100Base-T connections throughout the network
and you are using a switch (not a hub), you should be able to have about 30
simultaneous users. If you would like to test your network, install the
DynEd Demo Disc to your server, register it, and run the Demo on as many
machines as you need to adequately test your system. For more details:

- Go to www.dyned.com/network and click on 'Requirements for Servers'
- or go directly to ftp://ftp.dyned.com/pdf/netreq.pdf, fill in the
'Network Evaluation Worksheet' at the bottom of the document, and fax
it to us at (650) 259-0679. We'll be happy to give you feedback.

Want to know more on this?
Contact your DynEd representative for more details in your region or direct
your questions to our Tech Support group at 1-800-765-4375 (USA) or
650-259-0670 (worldwide).

DynEd recommends
----------------

If you are currently setting up a new lab, make sure that you have a phone
installed in the lab in case you need technical support. We've found that
users sometimes forget about this.
