Education Expo 2000 / Job Recruitment Fair, Japan's largest and most 
prestigious academic and business fair, will be held this year on 
October 8th and 9th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at the Shinjuku NS 
Building in Tokyo, Japan. The Education Expo/Job Recruitment Fair 
consists of three main events: 1. The International University Fair. 
Here, participants will be introduced to over 100 of the world's most 
prestigious universities. Prospective students can take a look at 
what programs are available at various universities and have your 
questions answered by university representatives. 2. The 
International Academic Forum. Those interested can participate in a 
wide range of academic workshops and seminars covering such academic 
areas as: business and finance, computing and technology, language 
teaching and education, intercultural communications, psychology, and 
more. There will also be guest lectures given by such well-known 
professors as: Dr. Kensaku Yoshida, a Sophia University professor and 
television host of NHK English language learning programs, Dr. 
Seiichi Kanise of Time Magazine and TV Asahi (journalist and news 
correspondent), Dr. Roger Boisvert of Global Online/Exodus Japan and 
CTR Ventures (President), Dr. Marcel Duret (Ambassador to Japan from 
Haiti), and Dr. Yoshiro NakaMats (renowned inventor of over 3000 
inventions including the floppy disk). 3. The Job Fair. Here, a wide 
range of international companies that are currently seeking talented 
individuals with various backgrounds will be available to introduce
