Check the TOEFL website - and/or Dave's ESL Cafe for study guides.  ETS, the 
folks who create and adminster the TOEFL, provide lots of information - free 
- on the web.

For students residing within the United States, the local public library 
should have up-to-date study guides for the TOEFL and for any other 
standardized exam.
