On Friday, we included in our policy update a notice of a nationwide
conference call to discuss how the events of last week will change
immigration advocacy, and to hear how reaction to last week's events may
be impacting immigrant and ethnic communities around the country. We
had scheduled the call for Wednesday September 19. Due to a conflict,
we are postponing the call for one day.
The new date and time for the call are THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 1:00 PM
EASTERN TIME.
This is a "Share-the-Cost" conference call. You must have a Vialog
conference call account code. If you do not have an account code, you
should call Vialog at 888-727-2560 before the call and set up an account
with them. Without an account code, you will not be able to get on the
call.
NOTE CHANGE IN DIAL IN PHONE NUMBER
Since there may be greater participation on this call than is generally
the case, we've also had to change the call-in number. THE NEW CALL-IN
NUMBER IS: (703) 871-3016. Ask for the National Immigration Forum
