Try truespel at truespel.com.  I've rewritten English in an easy to learn 
phoneme set based on spoken words in USA accent on a popular talking 
dictionary.  My analysis shows that it's 18% more accurate than IPA or any 
other phonetic spelling (I assume) for USA English.
