Lloyd, Your guess is as good as mine.  I'd go with anyone influential 
and knowledgable who cares about and is committed to ADULT LITERACY. 
I suppose Republicans will be viewed more favorably than Democrats 
though I don't advocate limiting things by political party.  Gail
